Маленькое добавление

Ссылка неплохая, но у меня иной источник (каталог продукции MaK System Gesellshaft mbH) и я решил , что если я несколько продублирую Ваш постинг ничего страшного не произойдет.

The Short Range Air Defence System WIESEL 2 is a closed weapon - system which consists of three vehicle; variants:
• UF/BF (Support/ Battery Command Cell Air Defence),
• Reconnaissance and Fire Control Vehicle, and
• OZELOT Weapon Carrier.
The WIESEL 2 UF/BF serves the commander of the battery as command post and it is connected to the next level of the troop (brigade command post).

The Reconnaissance and Fire Control Vehicle is the central vehicle oi a platoon. Its tasks are as follows:
• reconnaissance and identification with active and passive means
• elaboration of a threat analysis
• allocation of targets
• transmission of fire control data to up to eight weapon camera OZELOT Short 1-tange Air Defence,
By means of its three-dimensional
sensor system, air targets within a circumference of 20 km (13 miles) are automatically detected and interrogated by an integrated IFF unit. A processor is the central unit of the system. All information from command, data combination, and integrated test system is displayed and processed on video workstations. Communication and data transfer with other vehicles arc carried out by means of intercommunication systems. The crew of the Reconnaissance and Fire Control Vehicle; consists of the driver and the commander.

The OZELOT Short Range Air Defence System is also based on the WIESEL 2. It is equipped with a Stinger weapon system and carries four guided missiles which are ready-to-fire. They can hit all kinds of airborne targets up to a maximum distance of 6 km. The OZELOT Weapon Carrier can also operate independent of the other two Short Range Air Defence Systems. Its integrated sensor electronics include a stabilized mirror drive, thermal imager, daytime vision camera, and laser range finder. Targets at distances up to 20 km can be automatically recorded or will be allocated by the Reconnaissance and Fire Control Vehicle. A dual mode tracker for automatic target tracking is integrated in the sensor electronic system. The weapon platform is fully turnable in azimuth and can be elevated from -10° to +70°. For air transportation, the weapon platform will be turned and automatically locked on the vehicle. This variant, too, has a crew which consists of the driver and the commander. These three vehicle types for the Short Range Air Defence System are manufactured by MaK System for other German companies.
