Вроде бы это фигурирует в статье про Leclerc в последнем номере французского журнальчика Raids:

"A recon Leclerc tank armed with a 40 mm cannon. That's the project Nexter (formerly Giat) reveals in the Raids magazine devoted to tanks. "The idea is to have a cargo recognition and collection of information highly mobile and highly protected" reads a passage from the pen of Mark Chassillan, one of the best armor expert. "The T40 Leclerc inspired gear BMP-T Russian based on tank chassis and turret armed with a combination of medium-caliber cannons and missiles."
The Leclerc T40 would be a current tank whose turret was replaced by another, armed with a gun CTA of 40 mm ammunition teleescopees. A missile launchers on the sides and grenade launchers complement armaments. The difference in weight, compared to the current tower and its 120 mm cannon, will increase the protection and side floor board and various additional sensors.
Leclerc The T40 is studied under the project EBRC (engin blinde de reconnaissance).
